Day #2 - Lancaster to Tehachapi
Quite short but still not easy. This desert is relentless. Significant heat was masked by strong crosswinds (which actually helped me on some uphills) by the dryness of this place is insane. Every 10 breaths your mouth gets dry. I drank approximately 3.7 liters of water before I reached my destination! At that was 15:30! I really want to bail from here and reach the forests and some milder weather because my body can’t output any serious efforts in these conditions. Hopefully in the next day or two I’ll be done with this desert.

Just a guy touring on his bike across the world and getting progressively broke. Should you wish to help me out and fuel few kilometers of my ride please paypal.me/MPaluchowski. Any sort of help is greatly appreciated.
