That was one awesome climb! Not too steep, with some false flats to catch a breath and gorgeous views. Giant sequoias were like a cherry on the top. These trees are amazing. 10/10 will come here again. Unfortunately my wifi is rubbish right now and I can’t upload the pics but stay tuned. Both parks were actually quite crowded and the campsites were officially packed - in US-terms a packed campsite is one car/RV/tent on a spot as big as a football field… so yeah if I snooped around and asked I would probably have found a spot for my tiny tent but there were no showers and I was rather sweaty. Even considered getting a room/lodge in Giant Grove but that was hella expensive so I decided to descend into the valley to a cheaper spot. How much cheaper? Smelling like puke and barely any wifi cheaper. 😂
