Uphill rolling hills with some steep kickers which forced me out of my saddle for the first time ever since I started this trip. First one after the descent was almost Swiss-like in its 8% average gradient. The heat wasn’t though. Yet another day of a scorcher but at least plenty of shade. Took it easy and slow cuz still in the recovery mode plus I am constantly hungry. And I crave some quality coffee not this filtered stuff. Oh well… Sonora Pass tomorrow.
