Mt Shasta Intermezzo
I wanted to attack the local KOM but failed miserably. Legs were actually there but my head was not… Completely unmotivated and not willing to dig deep so I quit after 3km. 🤷🏻♂️ Definitely not my day. Maybe some other time Mt Shasta.
