Eaaaassyy day because this is the last village on this side of the mountain pass and I wouldn’t be able to make it at one go, nor should I even try. I should probably stay two days at this altitude (3100m) following the mountaineering rule of 600m/2days but I feel rather ok. Slightly short on breath but no headache or anything. Weather was great and the traffic less heavy so all in all a very good day. Tomorrow making a 30km jump across the pass topping 4800m above sea level and then rolling down 50km on the other side with a stay at 3700m.

I can’t express my amazement how stunning these mountains are. Towering high above my head like some sleeping giants. Pictures don’t really capture this feeling.
