This was the hardest ride I have ever done. Things were going rather smoothly but at around 4000m above sea level I couldn’t catch a proper breath and push watts at the same time. I am glad it was a rather mild 4% slope because anything else would have blow me up. From 4400 to 4800 my resting hr when I was off the bike was oscillating around 150bpm. Resting! 😱

Super lucky with the weather tho. Just a tiny drizzle for maybe 15min in total.
