NZ Day #6: Pukekura to Franz Joseph Glacier
What a surreal view this glacier is considering that last 2 days felt like cycling through Jurassic Park.
Unfortunately it was drizzling for the entire day and the weather forecast is not any better. I consider myself lucky to even have this brief clearance with glacier being visible. Will try to hike tomorrow to get to a viewpoint but I’m not very optimistic - really low hanging overcast all around.
